Submission & Presentation Guidelines
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Language: English
- Title, Author name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) should be clearly indicated.
- Font & spacing: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- The length of the abstract should be restricted to 250 words for case reports and brief reports and 350 words for original articles.
- For original articles, the abstract should be structured with the following sub-headings: Introduction, Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- Case reports and case series should have an unstructured abstract (no sub-headings).
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- All submissions will undergo peer review based on relevance, originality, quality, and clarity.
- Manuscripts should contain title, author details (name and complete affiliation), abstract, 3–5 keywords, and full text.
- In the case of multiple authors, the corresponding author should be clearly indicated and should be marked with an asterisk*.
- Manuscript structure: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, References.
- Length 6–10 pages, 2700-4500 words; Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, 1-inch margins, page-numbered, in clear English.
- Follow the Vancouver referencing style and ensure all citations are accurate and complete.
- Plagiarism must be within permitted limits (AI writing less than 10%, similarity index less than 8%).
- Ethical approval, funding, and conflicts of interest must be declared.
- Submit via the email given in the brochure.
- The presenting author for each paper must register for the conference.
- Only registered participants will be benefitted with the certificate.
- Selected best papers incorporating reviewer comments will be published in proceedings/Scopus indexed book (Taylor & Francis/ Wiley) while other accepted papers will be published in a book with ISBN-number.
Paper Presentation Guidelines
- Prepare clear, concise slides with readable fonts (≥24 pt).
- Follow a structured flow: Title, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Use a consistent, professional template with good color contrast.
- Include relevant visuals (graphs/tables/images) to highlight key points.
- Adhere to the allotted time (10 minutes) including Q&A Session.
- Offline presentations will be scheduled for both 14th & 15th March, 2026 and online presentations will be scheduled for 15th March, 2026.
- Time and slots will be communicated upon acceptance of abstract on the registered e-mail IDs.
- Award will be given to top 10 best papers. Award will be given to top 10 best papers. Host university shall not be eligible under any award categories.

Poster Submission Guidelines
- Size & orientation:
- Size: A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm)
- Orientation: Landscape
- Content Layout for poster: Title, author name(s) and institutional affiliation(s), Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results (use charts/figures), Conclusion, References
- Use the required referencing style and acknowledge sources.
- Ethical approvals must be declared where applicable.
- The presenting author for each paper must register for the conference.
- Only registered participants will be benefitted with the certificate.
- Acceptance is based on peer review and relevance to the conference.
- E-poster submission deadline: 10th March, 2026.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Posters should be clear, visually engaging, and readable from a distance.
- Use minimal text, bullet points, and good-quality visuals/graphs.
- Printed posters must be brought by presenters; e-posters uploaded as instructed.
- Display posters at the assigned venue and time slot.
- The presenter must be present during the designated session for evaluation.
- Posters will be judged on content quality, clarity, design, and interaction.
- Award will be given to top 5 best posters. Host university shall not be eligible under any award categories.
Note
- Work must be original and not previously published or presented.
- Conference registration is mandatory for all applicants.
- Candidates can opt any mode for presentation (online or offline mode).
- The corresponding authors will receive communication regarding the acknowledgement and acceptance of the poster and oral presentations of their submission(s).
- All papers will undergo a rigorous peer review. Selected abstracts of papers will be published in the proceedings of Web of Science–indexed Journal of Clinical and Diagnostic Research (JCDR), with an independent DOI, upon payment of ₹750 as a journal proceedings publication fee.
